The LG Soundbar S60T is amazing. It was fairly easy to setup and has definitely enhanced my movie/tv time. The sound is amazing. This was a nice upgrade to the sound provided by my smart TV.

Needed for movies

As the title says I think most new tvs these days come with a thinner aspect ratio so it becomes harder for them to have good speakers. A sound bar is a perfect addition and especially one that pairs with the tv wirelessly like this subwoofer does. For the money its a great buy.

Good Bass and You can Still Hear the Voices

I started off being concerned as FedEx delivery really damaged the boxgoing through the packing and through into to the subwoofer damaging the wood. Although it doesnt look good the unit works fine. Setup was pretty easy using the optical cable. The Bluetooth was easy to establish on the setup between the bar and the subwoofer. And while the setup was easy the Bluetooth connection to the iPhone doesnt seem to hold up. Though once it was setup there really wasnt a need to try and keep establishing the bluetooth connectionthe enclosed remote works fine. Initially the the audio sync was off which I didnt expect from using the optical cable. Troubleshooting note: setting the TV input to bypass seems to have fixed the sync. Watching movies with the family is now much more fun Theres no more having to try and adjust the volume so you can still hear the dialogue. It just works The room is filled with sound but still being able to clearly hear the dialogue Weve tried all genres of films and all of them are improved with the soundbar. Sporting events draw you in more than I would have thought. Overall it is a really nice upgrade purchase without requiring you to be a home theater enthusiast or be heavily technical.

Great surround sound

LG you did not disappoint me. I love it was easy to set up and get connected. I love the sound quality. The sound was so good my daughter came out of her room. I watched a few action movies and it sounded like I was at the movies. Music sounds good too. My only dislike dosent have a display so you can see the settings or volume other than that I love the LG soundbar with the subwooer. This may prompt me to try othe LG products.

The S60T is a solid soundbar that provided excellent vocal projection. The S60T was extremely well packed by LG - good thing considering the edges of the box took some good hits from FedEx in delivery. The main reason i did this trial is i have a lg tv and it uses the same remote. The buttons are raised so it is easy to tell which button you are pressing in the dark. Batteries were included which was a nice touch. The soundbar gets reasonably loud but started to drop in quality when music was too high. Bass stayed consistent and continued to sound great. Overall the LG S60T 3.1 channel Soundbar is an excellent 3.1 channel soundbar that I would definitely recommend you to purchase especially if you own an LG TV.

Great Entertainment Sound Quality

This is a major upgrade to our home theater system it is just like being at the movies. We like the fact that it was easy to set up and use right away we noticed a big difference and we are so happy with the quality of sound. With 340W and 3.1 channel sound you can hear clearly and it makes movies better at home. The bass from the subwoofer is fantastic I have never had such a great soundbar in my life what a transformation. There were a couple of different cords in the box and apparently you can have wired with an HDMI cable or wireless connected to Bluetooth we went with the Bluetooth because it was easier to connect to and use. With so many options to choose from we had a fun time listening to our TV my daughter said What a difference I feel like im at the Cinema. Then we made popcorn and watched movies all night this is the best entertainment soundbar I have ever used. It sounds great because it has the Dolby sound quality that you hear in the real theater. That is what makes this soundbar the best because it is created to boost you own TVs sound and make it better I cannot live without this soundbar it is the best. Dolby sounds great in the theater and now I have it in my home we can watch movies during the week and feel like we entered a theater at home.

Great sound...but struggles when idle for too long

We got the LG Soundbar S60T. Love the sound and bass from the subwoofer that came with it. Bluetooth capability is easy to connect. Also came with Optical and HDMI cables. We used the Optical port for connection to the TV. Works great Only problem we noticed was if the TV is idle for a while like a movie or game on Pause when we were ready to resume it had no sound. Had to turn everything off and mess around with the inputs before it came back on. Thats happened twice now. Overall a great value for a good soundbar.

My Honest Review of the LG S60T Soundbar

I am really enjoying the LG S60T Soundbar. The soundbar and the subwoofer were both packaged very securely. Was a very easy set up right out of the box. Connected the soundbar to my TV via Optical Cord as my TV does not have the Bluetooth option. I really like how the subwoofer is wireless which allows me to move it anywhere in my living room for optimal sound when watching tv or especially a movie. The sound quality is great and the difference between the soundbar and my TV speakers is quite noticeable. The remote to control the soundbar is not too bulky but also not small and easy to lose or see/press the buttons like most other sound bars. Its also very well labelled and organized as it pertains to volume mute source mode etc. The only issue I have had with the sound bar is it loses connection sometimes if the TV sits idle for a while. In order to fix I had to unplug the Optical cord and plug it back in in order to get it to reconnect. Has happened twice so far but not a deal breaker. Overall I think the quality of the soundbar was well worth the purchase.

Adding this sound bar has raised our movie watching to a whole new level It syncs up super easy can in an easy to open package with very easy instructions to get set up and ready in a matter of minutes. It has multiple options for sound quality to match what you are watching. The woofer makes those dramatic moments SO much more dramatic I would highly recommend this sound bar to anyone in the market. It has made every movie and show we have watched a million times better

My honest review of the LG Soundbar S60T

The LG soundbar delivers impressive sound quality without taking up too much space. Its sleek design fits seamlessly with my TV stand. While the remote control is a bit confusing initially the LG soundbar mobile app offers a convenient alternative. I was able to easily pair my TV remote to control the soundbars volume which is a nice touch. The bass is powerful and enhances both movies and music and vocals are clear and easy to understand. Unfortunately I didnt experience a strong sense of surround sound the audio primarily comes from the front. Nevertheless the overall sound quality is excellent for the price.

I recently purchased the LG S60T soundbar and it has exceeded my expectations in many ways. The sound quality is simply fantastic producing rich clear audio that enhances my home entertainment experience. Whether Im watching movies or listening to music the sound is immersive and crisp. One of the standout features is the sleek and intuitive remote control. Its well-designed fits comfortably in hand and makes navigating the soundbars settings a breeze. The LG interface is user-friendly and adds to the overall positive experience allowing for easy adjustments and customization. The only downside for me was the indicator lights on the soundbar itself. They were a bit underwhelming and it forced me to figure out what source I was pulling from. Being able to see if I was going through HDMI Bluetooth or Optical would be a nice feature. However this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall performance and functionality. Overall the LG S60T is a fantastic addition to my home setup. With its excellent sound quality stylish remote control and user-friendly interface its a soundbar that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their audio experience.

Fantastic Movie Theater-Like Sound

I really like the fact that I could mount the sound bar to the wall as I already have a lot of speakers in the same area for my stereo system. It was relatively easy to mount the sound bar after I figured out the provided template. It wasnt clear that the line drawing of the brackets was where I was supposed to align the actual brackets. The rest of the template made sense just not bracket placement and I wish that had been labeled. Both bluetooth and optical connections were easy to make. The sound is superb I never realized how much I was missing until I heard the difference. LG delivers a rich movie theater-like sound that increases my watching and listening experience. Its an excellent value for the price and I would recommend it to others.

Rich Sound Delivery

Weve been experimenting with settings on the LG Sound Bar for about a week. Some of this was done blind because LG like many companies includes one page of very basic instructions. I found days later in tiny type it was my responsibility to download and print a users manual. On the remote some buttons are poorly labeled others are not labeled at all and we couldnt find how to adjust sound up or down until I printed the manual. A black-on-black button not helpful in semidarkness which I would use probably more than anything else needs to have a color like other buttons. We tried using both optical and bluetooth connections and there is a tremendous difference in what those options offer. With bluetooth you use the TV remote to accept the sound bar prompt and can adjust sound up or down using that same remote. It also shows the sound level numerically which is helpful. With optical it automatically turns on the sound bar when the TV is activated but adjusting sound is done using the LG remote which has that black-on-black button and no numerical level is displayed on the TV. Our preference is using bluetooth as its fewer remotes to deal with. In terms of sound there is a huge difference between what we had before and the LG. You can adjust settings for more or less bass and you really hear the difference with increased bass. It adds richness that is wonderful. Acting dialogue is crisp and clear. When music is played during a movie the symphonic effect is incredible. The range is terrific too. Having great sound brings another layer of enjoyment to watching movies. Since I just printed the manual yesterday we havent fully explored everything this sound bar can do yet. However at this point I would recommend the LG Sound Bar for the amazing quality of sound that it delivers.
