Might be a great TV but TERRIBLE Customer Service

I purchased a 77 C4 and was very excited when it was delivered. Everything has changed now. Upon turning the TV on in HDR and Dolby vision mode the tv would turn the whites into weird greens and yellows. Like bright highlighters. I called customer service and struggled to get help with my issue until finally an OLED Specialist called me who said it was a bad panel. He was very rude and seemed annoyed he had to submit a repair ticket for me. I was then told I would be called by a member of the Presidential Liaison team to ensure my issue is resolved. It has been close to 3 weeks and I have yet to speak to them. They have called me 3 times and each time they disconnect the call and then I get a text saying they will try me back in 4 DAYS I call customer service and they are not able to transfer me to them. Its been 3 weeks and I still do not have a repair date for my television which I dont even know will work. This truly has been the worst customer service I have ever received. Might be a nice TV but prepare for major headache if trying to resolve an issue.

Beautiful Bezzel this TV is amazing. It was easy to set up and connect to the internet and the menu is easy to use and understand. The picture quality is incredible. I watched Deadpool and the graphics were top-notch The remote is nice and easy to navigate however my only complaint is the cursor option which makes my brain want to use it rather than the remote. Its kind of annoying. :D I was afraid that OLEDs are only good for dark rooms but this TV has nice color ratios and vivid brightness that can compete with any TV.

Amazing TV The technology here is far and above what I used to have but really important to call out the overall feeling of navigating the UI and just interacting with the TV in general. It responds to inputs and prompts to change outputs if you want it knows when it is receiving a HDR/Movie signal and changes the panel settings on the fly and it incorporates a art mode if you want when the TV is off to include a mood setter music of a theme you choose

Probably a good TV but buy elsewhere

I have had this tv for 2+ weeks but it is still in the box because of the terrible after sale experience. I bought this from LG.com in part because of the free installation instead of getting it from BestBuy or Costco. After scheduling the installation I found the price had dropped and called in to see if they could price match or I can return and reorder. They suggested I do the return so I also canceled the installation. They then came back and offered me the price difference to keep the TV so I did and they said they would reschedule the installation. I have now made 3 calls each time they say they have sent Handy an email and to wait 24-72 hours for them to contact me. I called Handy and they said they dont have any emails. Support is least helpful saying they cant do anything other than wait 72 hrs each time. I requested to talk to a supervisor and they said I would receive a call back but its been 24 hours and no call. If you like this TV much better to buy from BestBuy or Costco who provide much better after sales experience.

Owmer of 5-year-old Panasonic plasma HD TV this is quite an upgrade. Plasma looked great was not bright enough for my new house and this TV is bright and sharp. Our family room has open concept great room with 3 panel folding glass doors and this TV looks great even on a bright sunny day. Go online look up this TVs calibration settings and configure it you will enjoy the brilliance and crisp colors.

I love my new 77 inch LG OLED evo C4 4K Smart TV 2024. It replaces a nearly 10-year-old 65 LG OLED TV. The delivery was very fast. The features the speed of the apps and the configuration easy are all phenomenal. I use the eARC to connect to my AVR. It works great. I thought the 65-inch OLED tv picture was great the C4 is truly impressive. The HDR brings the images in the shadows of my favorite SCIFI movies into visibility. Buy this TV you can pay more but I doubt you can get a better tv. I love my new 77 inch LG OLED evo C4 4K Smart TV 2024. It replaces a nearly 10-year-old 65 LG OLED TV. The delivery was very fast. As a graduate student as soon as I get home I turn on the TV and put something on in the background. My partner also watches a lot of TV and works from home so having a TV we both enjoy was a must. When browsing we knew we wanted something bright with vivid colors because our apartment gets a lot of glare from the sun since the new building across the street has full glass windows. The picture quality is spectacular. The screen is so big that when we play split-screen games like Mario Kart it feels like everyone has their own screen haha. It can get bright when were watching movies with a lot of blast scenes at night so we have to lower the brightness Were surprised that such an expensive display only comes with a 1-year warranty G series comes with 5-year. Were hoping it lasts us a little longer than that. All in all this is an amazing TV We probably wont go to the movie theaters for a while Review submitted as part of a program that provides a purchase discount.

Im super impressed with the LG Gram Pro. I was looking to purchase a laptop and tablet so the fact that this is a 2 in 1 was a no brainer for me. I love how thin and lightweight it is. I travel for work so this is great for it. The 16 OLED screen is amazing I also do graphic design work and the pictures and colors really POP I think my favorite feature is the multi-screen. Im that person who has a million tabs open so the fact that I can have multiple tabs layered perfectly on one screen makes my life 10x easier. Im very happy with my purchase and I recommend it to any of my friends and family who are looking to upgrade

Best OLED on the market

I recently upgraded from their B series TV to this one and I couldnt be happier. The picture quality on LG OLED TVs have no competition in my opinion. Since I have been in the market for a new TV I went to check some out at BestBuy and I was able to compare it side by side to other brands and nothing comes close to how good the image looks. The colors are so vibrant my favorite part is the brightness and how rich the colors are. Another one of my favorite thing about this TV is that when its idle you can set it as a picture frame and the TV its so thin that you can hang it and add a frame around it to make it look like a real painting. I love this because it makes my living room look so much better rather than always having a black rectangle in my living room. I would say you need two people when opening it and setting it up because its pretty large and a bit heavy. Since owning the B series and now the C series Im always recommending LG OLED TVs to my family and friends.

We replaced our 75 inch television with the OLED77C4. First I want to appreciate the shipping box and how protective it is for the tv. Especially because this model is SUPER THIN I would recommend having two people to help put it together. I also was pleasantly surprised that if you leave the tv on for a bit of time for example on the home screen or on pause the tv will go into a protective standby mode to protect the tv from burn in. The function to also have it be turned off and display artwork motion or other photos/images is very thoughtful to be able to turn it into a more aesthetic feature in your home. This tv also has the multi-view feature if you like side by side or picture in picture. Im not one to work while at home but if you needed to access work emails or documents this tv does have that ability and you can multi-view your web browsing or work while also watching your favorite show. This is an EXCELLENT home theater TV SYSTEM

After having this system for six months now and have had extensive time to use it with all the features for the price this is one of the better LED televisions you can purchase. I have had quite a few large format televisions over the past 25 years all the way back to the $15k plasma TVs when they first came out which was all the rage since it was the first true leap past cathode ray tube televisions. The detail and crispness of the image is very good and these LED televisions just seem to be getting better and better with each passing year and new technology and upgrades. The contrast of color on this TV is very dynamic and it can separate colors very distinctly in a close range which is very difficult to do as a lot of TVs dont have this good of resolution and the colors around the edge lines and in separating moving objects. Not this TV it can really separate color well and still retain a very good overall image. What I love most about this TV over some other brands is the fact that LG really thought about integration. I would highly recommend you get the accompanying soundbar designed specifically to go with this OLED EVO television series. The rear speaker accessories are also a must. And finally I recommend the LG blu-ray player to complete the system. Everything integrates beautifully with the Dolby-Atmos system and their proprietary WOW orchestra which seemlessly links the entire system together allowing everything to be controlled by the LG TV remote which also controls the sound-bar rear speakers and blu-ray player ONE Remote Its a fantastic system for the price and I assure you it will have sufficient power to deliver satisfying booms bangs thumbs and bumps on your favorite movie. I have a pretty large basement and it works surprisingly well. Oh and finally the fact that you can also easily control the entire system from your smart phone APP is great. The app is free easy to download and is simple to use. It really opens up all the features of the surround sound system and you can customize it however you want even allowing you to control the sub woofer rear surround sound speakers center channel overhead firing speakers and the mid-range/tweeters of the sound bar all independently to your own liking. Overall its a well thought out great sounding easy to set up and easy to use system. I would highly recommend this to a persons or family looking for a good easy to set up and use system for a fair price. If you are looking for the true sound of a 7 to 11 channel separate surround sound hi-fi system this isnt for you but I doubt a person who wants that would be looking for something like this system anyway. But for the average person or family looking to upgrade their existing LG OLED-EVO TV YES I do highly recommend this system meaning the Sound bar with the extra available LG rear surround speakers that are designed specifically for this system their proprietary WOW Orchestra which integrates everything perfectly after just a little knowledge and the download of the APP. The download of the APP is optional but you will certainly get more use of the system with the APP. The APP also has an easy slide switch called Night mode which turned all the bangs and booms off so you dont disturb the whole house watching a movie late at night. Lastly there is an AUTO CALIBRATION feature on the APP which automatically calibrates the entire system specifically to your room based on where you install your speakers The auto calibration is a really nice feature and simple to use. Simply install your speakers where you want them in your room. Go into the APP and hit Auto Room Calibration and it will take about a minute to calibrate the system to your room going through a series of loud tones beeps and white noise. It optimizes all the speakers in the entire system including the mains sub woofer and surrounds based on where every speaker is in the room and how the sound is created bouncing off of what existing walls furniture and obstacles are present. Its not a professional calibration by any means BUT it does do something and its a really nice feature to have in the system and really does optimize the sound inside the room your system is in. Always do your own research and demo in person when you are looking at a TV stereo or blu-ray player. Never just go off of what you see on the internet. It makes a HUGE difference going and seeing the system in person. I was convinced I wanted a different brand system until I went to the dealer and observed that system in person. Once I saw this system in operation the features and mainly the system integration of everything working as a system I changed my mind and got this system and I do not regret it so far. The Television itself has a lot of streaming app ability as any TV does now days. It also has a lot of settings that are customizable in the AUDIO/VIDEO settings including FILMMAKER MODE which automatically calibrates the screen to what the filmmaker intended in the movie to look like in the actual movie theater as intended. Sort of like the old letterbox mode of years ago and is still around on some TVs was supposed to put the movie into the aspect ratio it was shown in the cinema. There is also a mode called AI Voice Pro which increases the voices on a tv show concert or movie. You can also put the soundbar into STEREO mode if you want to play CDs or stream music or watch a concert or TV and it does sound fantastic in that mode turned up playing some good Pink Floyd.
