Subwoofer dead on arrival

Subwoofer fails to power on straight out of the box. Now customer service wants me to mail the entire unit subwoofer and soundbar in for servicing which may or may not be covered under warranty. Forget that: send me a new subwoofer because the one in the box is dead on arrival.

Gx 3.1 sound system

I baught the sound system 2 yrs ago an I love the quality of the system. Unfortunately the Subwoofer stopped working recently. Luckily LG accepted to repair the system at no cost even after my warranty had expired.

best way to realize how nice this is was when the subwoofer started issuing clicking sounds so i sent the soundbar and subwoofer ti LG to fix it and we dont have it now and realized how nice the sound was through the soundbar. excellent quality sound very nice very crisp very enjoyable i hope they fix it and return it quick other nice features to mention is the very thin size as well as the fact that the subwoofer was wireless and really not that big in size. fits the tv and room very well.

I bought this today and I there have been few purchases that I regret more. Looks cool with the G2 but sounds like two Tim cans connected by string. Absolutely no mids inconsistent volume sub woofer pops sound seems to fade in and out. I cannot wait to return this piece of absolute junk.

Great Sound bar for Complaining Neighbors

I brought this sound bar a couple of months ago.Its definitely louder than the L.G. T.V. I purchased.It has a wireless subwoofer that has to be close to the sound bar to work properly.I tried putting it on the side of the couch and it kept going off and on.Its loud enough for whoever is watching t.v. And not loud enough for the neighbors to complain.

I have it over a year was never impressed with the subwoofer. Recently no sound at all was coming out of it. I had to remove the entire Soundbar off the wall pack it along with the subwoofer ship it back to LG. LG was kind enough to extend the mfrs 1yr warranty for me. Without the Soundbar to be honest the internal TV speakers sound the same as the functioning Soundbar did. I dont notice any difference. Lets see what happens when they return it refurbished.

Looks good but...

I bought this unit at Best Buy in February 2021 and had it professionally installed. Because it is in a seasonal home I have had about 8 months of actual use with it. The subwoofer has failed I am out of warranty and I have had no luck after several calls with LG finding a replacement subwoofer or any help at all. A google search on the subwoofer issue suggests there is a widespread problem with subwoofer failure with one commentator wondering why LG has not done a recall. This product sells itself as a companion to the 65 LG OLED tv because it looks perfect with it. Its sound quality at this price point is below average. For me this was a waste of money. I have to replace it.

Had to order legs for my TV first pair did not fit. Found a set on Amazon at a cheaper price and they worked. When I tried to return the legs to LG bc 1. they didnt fit and 2. obvi didnt need them...LG wanted to charge me a restocking fee. NO MAAM

Great Stand Mount AN-GXDV55 for LG 55 G1 OLED TV

I just installed the GX Stand Mount AN-GXDV55 in my LG 55 G1 TV last weekend. It was very easy to attach to the TV that is on my family room wood cabinet. The Stand Mount is a solid metal product and the TV is firm and secured.

Prior to wall mounting our TV we used this stand. It worked great and was slim and unobtrusive. Please note unlike our last stand these supports are attached at the very edge of the tv rather than center-set. This meant we had to have a TV stand that was wide enough to accommodate this extra width.

This sound bar is awesome. It worked great and sounded really loud. The sound was clear and the bass shook my house. I loved it. A few months ago the subwoofer stopped working and I can not get it working. Must be because it is a poor quality product. To bead I spent lots of money on it.
